In HIGHQPACK we focus on every aspect of our production. The processes, machines, materials and managing systems developed at HIGHQPACK meet the strict guidelines of ISO 9001:2008 and our materials and products were tested in ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certified laboratory to ensure the highest quality of our products. Both HIGHQPACK Premium and Classic PET straps have an excellent holding power and flexibility which suitable for most strapping applications.

RECYCLE


HIGHQPACK is making an important contribution to conserve the environment and natural resources through the production of our eco–friendly PET straps. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is made from oil and can be 100% recycled. In HIGHQPACK recycling factory, to obtain the eco–friendly PET flakes, tons of used PET bottles are sorted, shredded and treated by a resource-friendly process. PET flakes obtained from the process are equivalent to those high–quality PET flakes, which qualified for the manufacture of our high–quality Classic PET straps

PET STRAP VS STEEL STRAP

HIGHQPACK PET strap is superior to steel strap. It has higher shock reserve compare to steel strap due to its 11-15% elongation in elastic range, while steel strap only has 3-6%, resulting in improvement in holding power. In addition to a high shock reserve and improvement of holding power, HIGHQPACK PET strap is lighter in weight, and has longer coil running time, resulting in higher occupational safety and lesser time and cost of production. Other benefits are: PET strap does not corrode so it is suitable for strapping synthetic fibers or cotton.
